A Retreat with Amrei at Bikram Yoga Sapphire Coast, Brogo typically includes:
Daily yoga classes, private classes, yoga nidras or group Q&A's
Healthy eating - vegan and vegetarian
Possible local shopping and sightseeing
Extra activities: e.g. whale watching boat tours, beach/bush walking, Kinesiology, massage, and beauty therapy treatments available at extra cost.
If you would like to just book accommodation and join our daily classes and/ or book a private class that is ,of course, an option, too.
The studio has a basic outside under cover kitchenette, showers and drop toilet for communal use.
Please note: minimum charge/stay for accommodation booking is two nights.
