All classes are beginner friendly, just bring a yoga mat, towel and water or all are available for hire at our studio. Be prepared to sweat so wear comfortable, light clothing.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early
• Arrive with an empty stomach
• No need to book, just drop in!
• All classes are always on! all year around, even on public holidays! The only days we close every year are 24-26 December and 1st of January. (This is a tradition since we first opened in Mai 2012 in Cobargo)
